Instructions for Spandau
To prepare the Spandau recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast into the water. Add the eggs, salt, sugar and the flour a little at a time until the dough feels light and supple. Let it rest for 15 minutes and then roll it out into a large square.
Scroll butter out between two pieces of wax paper to 1 cm thickness. Put the butter on the bias in the center of the dough. Fold dejhjørnerne into the butter. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
