Parmesan grated or planed
1Lemon grated and the juice of half the shell of
1cloveGarlic
1tbspOlive oil
2bundleSpring onions into strips
2twigsRosemary
2twigsThyme
4tbspCrème fraiche 38%
500gDried spaghetti
600gVeal in strips (cut of topside lump of sirloin or flanksteak)

Instructions for Spaghetti Bianco

To prepare the Spaghetti Bianco recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cook the pasta as directed on the package. Garlic cloves and spices are chopped roughly and shaken on a hot forehead in the olive oil. Add the meat strips and grate them too. Add lemon juice and lemon lemon peel. Let it all boil for approx. 1 minute. Add the cream fraiche and the cut spring onion. Turn the cooked spaghetti into the sauce and serve immediately. Come if Fox or planed parmesan cheese over.
