Instructions for South Sea Chicken
To prepare the South Sea Chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Karrysovs: Begin with the sauce so it is ready when the dish is to be put in the oven. Season onion and bacon together for a few minutes. Sprinkle with curry and simmer for a moment. Mix flour and tomato paste. Add boullion and sprinkle from the pineapple and let it boil softly for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pineapple pieces.
Mix flour, salt and curry in a plastic bag. Put some chicken pieces in the bag at a time, shake the bag so the flour mixes the pieces completely.
Brown the chicken pieces into the grease and put them in an ovenproof dish.
Pour the candy sauce over. Place the dish in the oven for about 35 minutes at 200 degrees C.
Garnish the dish with small apples after approx. Half the time.
