200 | g | Grahams |
3 | dl | Lukewarm water |
50 | g | Yeast |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
75 | g | Wheat bran |
Instructions for Soured bran bread
To prepare the Soured bran bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir wheat bran with buttermilk. Cover the bowl with aloe oil and let it pull in the kitchen for 1 day. Stir the yeast with lukewarm water and add the sourdough with the other ingredients. Bring the dough well through. Push it upside down, covered, a loose place for approx. 45 min. Turn the dough down, that is to say. Knead it through so the air is squeezed out. Pour the dough into a round bread and put it on a plate of baking paper. Repeats approx. 15 min. Turn on the oven and set it to 200 °. Peel the bread as a cross. Put it on the bottom oven rib and behind it approx. 30 min.
