Instructions for Soup Horn
To prepare the Soup Horn recipe, please follow these instructions:
The milk lunes and the yeast dissolves, but it must not be heated. All ingredients are kneaded to a uniform dough.
The dough is formed into a long sausage, which is then divided into 20 equal pieces. The dough pieces are shaped in carrot shape, which is rolled or pressed flat. Roll the dough pieces to horn from the wide end. Make sure that the pointed part of the dough ends at the bottom so that the horn does not spring up.
The horns are put on a greased plate. Covered with a cloth and adds to double size in a warm place.
Stir with the spicy egg and baking on the middle of the oven at 220 degrees C. Alm. Oven for about 10 min.
