500 | g | Frozen raspberries |
7 | dl | Milk |

To prepare the Smoothie to the kick starter recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the bananas into 4 pieces per banana
Put berries and banana into a blender
Sprinkle sugar over
Add the milk
Blend it all until it gets a bit thick
Put it down in some glass
Put a spoon in each glass
