To prepare the Smoked tuna with sauce, spinach and chives recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the butter in a spacious pan, sprinkle the cracked spinach into the butter until it is soft, mix the shredded smoked tuna and let the fish get hot. Season with salt and pepper.
Bring the white wine into a thick pot and let it boil, whip the cold butter and season with salt and pepper, add the chives.
Spice the spinach with the fish on 4 plates, bring the hot sauce over, server immediately.
