1 | tbsp | Liquid honey |
2 | tsp | Yellow mustard seeds |
2 | clove | Garlic, minced |
3 | tbsp | Olive oil |
3 | tbsp | Parsley, finely chopped |
30 | g | Butter |
300 | g | Brussels sprouts |

500 | g | Smoked tuna, sliced |

To prepare the Smoked tuna with honey baked parsley and carrots recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sprinkle carrots and parsley in thick spikes, turn them into hot oil on a thickened pan, together with honey and mustard seeds, spread them on a baking sheet with baking paper, baking them brightly in the oven at 225 gr. For approx. 25 minutes. Brush if necessary. With oil during frying.
Boil the cabbage and drain them, sauté them in a pan of butter, sprinkle garlic, lemon peel and parsley over.
Spread the sprouts on 4 hot plates, decorating the crispy roots on top and the sliced smoked tuna next to it.
