To prepare the Small portions of cakes with shrimps recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the eggs roughly. Take some prawns for decoration. Roughly chop the rest of the prawns. Mix eggs, prawns, cremefraice and lemon juice. Season with mayonnaise and salt / pepper. The mixture must be thick creamy.
Slice toast bread into circles with a glass. Two circles are used for each person.
Bring first rinsed curry salad in the middle of 4 plates. Place a slice of bread. Spread some of the cream on top of each bread. Place the second slice on top as a layer cake. Distribute the rest of the cream upstairs and a little down the sides of each bread.
Finally, decorate each with a lemon slice, a cucumber slice and a tomato boat. Peaks with a little shrimp and a teaspoon. Red or black caviar.
