Cut the onions into thin slices. Pour the oil into a large frying pan. Place meat and onion alternately for approx. 5 layers. Start and finish with onions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and pour vinegar and wine into the pan. Lay the lid on the pan and allow the dish to cook at low heat for approx. 45 minutes. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Leave it dripping. Season the peppers, spring onions and curry in the oil. Add red wine and let it boil. Pour the pasta into a bowl and stir the red wine mixture.
Serve the meat dish in the pan along with a coarse salad and bread.
