To prepare the Skinkzchnitzel with potato salad and lime recipe, please follow these instructions:
Scrape or scrub the potatoes, cut them into thin boats and boil them in a pan of water and salt. When they are tender, the water is poured. Put them in a bowl. Pour oil and ½-1 tablespoons of lemon juice while hot, season with salt and pepper. Let them pull for 10 minutes.
