The potatoes are cooked. Mignonen Brown on all sides and seasoned. Put in oven and FRY further 25-30 by 180 degrees along with 1-2 dl water. Taken out and draws additional ca. 10 min. nippes (if fresh) Beans and boil in salted water ca. 3-4 min. Væden sifted from the roast and boiled up along with whipping cream and thyme.
