0.5 | dl | Fresh coriander leaves |
1 | tbsp | Fish sauce |
1 | dl | Whipped cream |
1 | tbsp | Sambal oelek |
1 | tsp | Sugar |
10 | Tiger shrimp, if desired. in shell (frozen) | |
2 | Spring onions | |
2 | clove | Garlic |
2-3 | tbsp | Peanut or olive oil |

Instructions for Shrimp omelet
To prepare the Shrimp omelet recipe, please follow these instructions:
Arrow if necessary. the prawns out of the shell after thawing and chop them roughly. Whisk eggs and cream together and add chopped scallions, sambal oelek fiddled, fish sauce, sugar, freshly chopped coriander and one peeled and chopped garlic clove.
