To prepare the Seasoned potato salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil potatoes and carrots in salted water.
Whip the oil into the vinegar, add the barbecue sauce and chilipeber. Pour over potatoes and carrots, which are turned in gently.
Add leeks, peppers and dried tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
