Heat the oven to 225 °.
Dip chicken fillets dry and brush them with oil and season with salt and pepper. Let it take a few minutes and then place it in the oven for approx. 8 minutes (4 minutes on each side). Mix the basil and lemon peel and turn the ready-made meat into it.
aïoli:
Stir mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic together and season with salt and pepper.
