To prepare the Sandwich buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
The three kinds of seeds and 5 dl of boiling water are soaked overnight.
The other ingredients are added.
Aged thoroughly through and set aside for approx. one hour.
18 flat muffins are formed approx. 1 cm. In height. After raising for approx. 30 min.
Bake at 200 degrees hot air for approx. 20 min.
