Instructions for Samosas
To prepare the Samosas recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the potatoes tenderly
Pour flour and oil into a bowl and knead until it gets a consistency like coarse crumbs add a little water at a time until the dough is firm and roll to a ball. Butter the ball with oil and let it rest.
Pour oil spices and onion a pot and sprinkle them brown. Turn off the heat and mash the potatoes easily. Add lemon and season with salt.
It may be a good idea to make them hang out, it does not matter if they have cracks, they can easily be cooked anyway
Pour a few centimeters of sunflower oil into a high-edge pan and place them for a few minutes on each side or fry steak in a real fryer.
Served if required. Along with a gratin. They are also very good cold the day after in the lunch package
