½tspAcacia honey
1tspDijon mustard
1tbspGrated horseradish
1/4dlMinced parsley
1-2tbspLemon juice
2.5dlYmer or sour cream
2-3Shallots
3-4Spring onions
4Salmon fillets
750gCooked peeled small potatoes

To prepare the Salmon with potato salad 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the potatoes into a little smaller pieces. Cut the spring onion well and cut the shallots in thin slices.

Stir a dressing together of yum, mustard, honey and lemon juice. Season with horseradish, salt and pepper. The amount of horseradish is a temperament. Bowl of potatoes, spring onions, shallots and parsley in dressing. Mix well and dry with a shovel.
