1 | tsp | Dijon mustard |
1 | tbsp | Grated horseradish |
1/4 | dl | Minced parsley |
1-2 | tbsp | Lemon juice |
2.5 | dl | Ymer or sour cream |
2-3 | Shallots | |
3-4 | Spring onions | |
4 | Salmon fillets | |
750 | g | Cooked peeled small potatoes |

To prepare the Salmon with potato salad 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the potatoes into a little smaller pieces. Cut the spring onion well and cut the shallots in thin slices.
Stir a dressing together of yum, mustard, honey and lemon juice. Season with horseradish, salt and pepper. The amount of horseradish is a temperament. Bowl of potatoes, spring onions, shallots and parsley in dressing. Mix well and dry with a shovel.
Sprinkle the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and pack them into foil. Stir the salmon in the oven at 180 degrees for approx. 15 min.
Pour the skin off and break the salmon into smaller pieces.
Arrange the salmon and serve it with potato salad and bread.
