Fresh leaves of coriander
Oil for grill
Pepper
Salt
Zest and juice of 2 limes
1/2Fresh green chili pepper
2Tomatoes
4pcsButterfly slices of salmon of approx. 250 g
400gFresh pineapple (400 g cleaned pineapple)

Instructions for Salmon with ananassalsa

To prepare the Salmon with ananassalsa recipe, please follow these instructions:

Start with the salsa. Cut the pineapple into small cubes and chili peppers in thin rings. Rinse the tomatoes and chop tomato meat into cubes. Mix everything with peel and juice of the limes.

Let it stand and pull a little. Add the fresh coriander leaves just before serving. Brush the salmon slices with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir them 2-3 minutes on each side of a frying pan.

Served with ananassalsa and baked potatoes.
