To prepare the Salmon steak with Roasted Peppers recipe, please follow these instructions:
The potatoes are baked, the peppers strimles. Salmon brushed with olive oil and Grill Salmon grilling by direct heat in ca. 2-3 min. on each side and moved over to indirect heat grilling and finished with a lid on for about 15 min. The top cut of the finished baked potatoes, eroded and stirred together with butter and creamfreche, the chopped chives and salt and pepper, met back in the potato shell, sprinkled with a little Parmesan cheese and bake at high heat for about 10-15 min. Peppers roasted on a frying pan with a little sesame oil and finely chopped garlic. The salmon is served with the peppers and the baked potato. Sauce Hollandaise
