Instructions for Salmon soup with dill dressing
To prepare the Salmon soup with dill dressing recipe, please follow these instructions:
Grease the fresh food on the pancakes. Cut the red onion very fine and spread it on one half of each pancake. Place the salmon slices on top of the half with red onion. Bring a strip of dildress over the middle of the pancakes. Sprinkle with some salt and pepper.
Roll the pancakes together and put them in silver or household film and let them pull in the fridge for a minimum of one hour (you can also make them the day before).
Remove the salmon pancakes from the wrapper and cut them into slices (about 2 cm thick). Put the slices on a bottom of mixed salad and drizzle with a little lemon oil.
tips:
I usually make these salmon pancakes for starters when I get guests. The dildressing gives an extra boost, but lemon oil is the most for decoration.
