Ingredients for Salmon rolls with green asparagus

White pepper
Salt
1pinchCayenne pepper
1pkgFrozen whole spinach
1tbspButter
1 1/2dlWhite wine
1 1/2dlWater
12Long cooked asparagus
2tspOlive oil
2dlWhipped cream
2Shallots
3/4Fish bouillonterning
4Big slices of fresh salmon without bones

Instructions for Salmon rolls with green asparagus

To prepare the Salmon rolls with green asparagus recipe, please follow these instructions:

Season the salmon slices with salt and pepper. Lay asparagus and roll the slices together. Place the salmon rolls on an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle some salt and pour 1 - 2 tablespoons. Water next door.

Peel the shallots and chop them well. Melt the butter and sprinkle the onions tenderly for a few minutes under the lid. Add wine, water and broth and boil until half of the liquid is left.

Add the cream and boil the sauce under the lid until it has a proper consistency. Season with salt and cayenne pepper.

Bake the salmon in the oven for approx. 20 minutes at 125 degrees. Heat the whole spinach in olive oil under the lid in a saucepan. Season with salt and pepper

Spice the spinach on 4 plates or a large dish. Place the salmon rolls on top and serve the sauce. As an option, potatoes or rice can be served.
