1dlSour cream
1bundleDill
1pinchSalt
2tspGrated horseradish
300gSmoked salmon into thin slices
4pcsTortilla

Instructions for Salmom Surprise

To prepare the Salmom Surprise recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir sour cream along with Horseradish and salt.
Take a tortilla and stir a bit of sour cream out of it. Place the salmon pieces on top of the sour cream and sprinkle dill over the salmon.
Scroll tortillaen together as a roulade.
Unpack tortillan into the cling film.

Let them stand in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

By serving cut the rollers out in 2 cm thick slices.

Served as a starter along with a salad or as an accompaniment to drinks.

Instead of salmon and dill, hams and flat-leaf parsley is recommended.
