marinade:
Bring the sun-dried tomatoes in a large bowl and pour boiling water over. Let the tomatoes pull for approx. 3 min. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Whip the oil in a little while. Turn the mushrooms in the marinade and let the mixture cover on the kitchen table for approx. 15 min. Turn around 1-2 times during marinating. Put a bottom of the coarse main salad in a large dish. Indicate the marinated mushrooms, salad onions, rucola salad and feta cheese. Server possibly. The rest of the marinade in a small bowl next door.
tips:
Instead of serving meat to the salad, you can put slices of, for example, luncheon lamb into the salad. Instead of rucola salad, use the same amount of frieze salad or radicchiosalate.
