Instructions for Søderhamns Dragon Soup

To prepare the Søderhamns Dragon Soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

All vegetables are cleaned and cut - preferably slanted to maintain the oriental appearance.
The latter are removed from the fillets and these are cut into small pieces.
Ginger and garlic briefly put in a little oil in a saucepan - add chicken and turn quickly before adding 2 L of water chicken must not be browned!
As soon as the water with ginger, chicken and garlic boils is added: gingerbread, boullion, chili, oriental vegetables and spring onion and juice from half the glue.

Let the soup boil for half an hour. 5 minutes before serving add mushroom and juice from the half pastry left.

tips:
You can also add spring onions a little later if you prefer them a little crisp. The soup can be made more thick with a teaspoon maizena dissolved in cold water.
