Ingredients for Rulade

1 | tbsp | Cold water |
1 | dl | Sugar |
1½ | tsp | Baking soda |
1½ | dl | Flour |
2 | Eggs |
Instructions for Rulade
To prepare the Rulade recipe, please follow these instructions:
The eggs, beat for 2 minutes and then the sugar added ig mass whipped thick.
Bagepulveret mixed with the flour and reversed in the batter along with the water.
A piece of wax paper folds with edges like a roasting pan.
The batter is poured in it and is distributed completely out of the corners.
"Plate" bake in the middle of the oven for approx. 7 minutes at 200 °.
"Plate" turns then on paper sprinkled with sugar.
Evaporate lubricated immediately on and rolled closely.
Serve with whipped cream.
