Instructions for Rowan berries jam-Sour Marmalade
To prepare the Rowan berries jam-Sour Marmalade recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the ribbed Rowan berries. Put them in the freezer for a few hours, if you do not like about as powerful a taste.
Boil the berries in water, for they coincide. Add the sugar and the vanilla pod split and boil the sour grapes, for they are clear. It takes approximately 20 minutes.
Melatin and 2 tbsp. extra sugar mix well with a fork and sprinkled fine in addition to the boiling fruit while stirring and cook an additional 2 minutes.
Remote vanillen and foam evaporate and add atamon.
Finally, the jam is filled into the Atamonskyllede glass, which is closed.
