Instructions for Rosehip Soup
To prepare the Rosehip Soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dried shrubs are well rinsed and soaked in the water for 1 day. On fresh shrubs, flower, stem and grains are removed. Big hyben is broken.
The fruit is boiled in the water with lemon shale 20 min. The soup is purified or blended, boiled and seasoned with lemon juice and sugar. Ideal leveling is performed in 1 dl of cold water and added. The soup is given a boil.
Served with biscuits or chambermaids and whipped cream.
