Ingredients for Rosehip Chutney

0.3dlFresh orange juice unsweetened
0.3dlFresh lemon juice
0.5tspGrated orange peel
0.75tspCayenne pepper
1cloveGarlic minced
1tspGround clove
2tspGround ginger
2.5dlDried rosehip seed removed or 5 dl. fresh rose hips seed removed
250gBrown sugar
250gRaisins
5dlCider vinegar or wine vinegar
750gCooking apples peeled and cored removed and chopped

Instructions for Rosehip Chutney

To prepare the Rosehip Chutney recipe, please follow these instructions:

Remove the seeds from the hybenes. Place the hybenes, raisins and apples soft in vinegar before the evening.

After soaking, pour the bones together with the other ingredients in a large thickened saucepan. Bring to boiling point over strong heat, reduce heat and cook with constant stirring until thicker. Let it cool off.

Pour it into clean dry glass and close it and keep it cold for at least one month before use.
