Butter
100gØsterhat torn into pieces
100gShallots, finely chopped
2Oranges, cut into fillets
200gLeeks into strips
3Oranges, sliced
3dlFish broth
3dlDry white wine
600gSalmon in 4 slices with skins, without legs
8Sherry tomatoes in half

To prepare the Roasted salmon with orange sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Start with the sauce, melt butter on a thickened pan and saute onion. Add orange slices, white wine and fish broth, simmer for 30 minutes when heated.

Sift the sauce and squeeze the juice out of the oranges. Boil the sauce into half.
