Ingredients for Rice a'la mande
4 | dl | Organic whipping cream |
5 | dl | Organic whole milk |
65 | g | , round grain milled |
80 | g | Slipped and chopped almonds |
1 | Vanilla pod | |
2 | tbsp | Sugar |
2 | dl | Water |
Instructions for Rice a'la mande
To prepare the Rice a'la mande recipe, please follow these instructions:
The porridge
Water brought to a boil, pour, round grain milled in and let them cook for 2 min. pour the milk in, and vanillestangen, and turn down at the lowest burner.
Mix some gruel is under the lid, be sure to stir once in a while, it burns easily. It boils for about 1 hour or to the mix is almost stiff, taken by the heat and allow to cool completely.
Rice a la man
Whip whipping cream-it must not be too rigid-turn the cream into the porridge and add sugar and peeled and chopped almonds, remember to add vanillekornene from the pole in the rice.
Tips:
Can be made the day before, but cannot tolerate frost.
