Instructions for Rhubarb cake
To prepare the Rhubarb cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse and cut rhubarb fine.
Stir in fat and sugar together well. Stir in the egg. Add the flour, baking powder and milk and mix in rhubarb.
Came the dough in a greased baking dish or roasting pan ca. 23x33 cm. and behind the cake 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees c. alm. oven.
Server the lun with creme fraiche, which is touched with sugar and vanilla sugar.
