Instructions for Rejecoctail 02
To prepare the Rejecoctail 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Break lettuce into small pieces. Cut the asparagus. Slice the avocado flesh into cubes and drizzle with lemon juice. Set the prawns for draining. Advantage salad, asparagus, avocado and shrimp layered in a tall glass.
Dill cream: Blend of dill, sour cream, lemon zest and juice to it is green and foamy. Season with salt and pepper. Blend once more and came the sauce over prawns.
Garnish with a sprig of dill and serve with flütes.
