Ingredients for Regnbuemuffin

Blue, green, yellow and Red (blue and red to get purple mix)
Grains from 1 vanilla rod
0.25tspSalt
1tspBaking soda
1tspVanilla sugar (more to taste)
100g(soft) butter
180gSugar
2dlMilk
225gWheat flour
3Eggs

Instructions for Regnbuemuffin

To prepare the Regnbuemuffin recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip sugar and butter together. It must be airy and bright.
Then whip the eggs in one at a time. Whip well in between.
Mix flour, baking soda, vanilla sugar and salt together in a bowl next to it. Add the vanilla kernels to the bowl and then stir in the dough.
Stir the milk in.
(The dough may need to be whipped again to make sure the vanilla kernels do not bind more)

Now divide the dough into 5 equal portions.
Mix one color in each serving.

Turn on about 170 degrees of oven.

Bring a small layer (about a tablespoon) of the first color into the muffin details and leave them for about 4-6 minutes.
When taken out, there must be a "hard" top on the top.
The top should not be floating otherwise the colors will flow together.
Now get the next color in and behind them again as before.
The premise for all colors is used.
Let the cakes cool off before decorating.
