5 | dl | Buttermilk |

To prepare the Raspberry Koldskål recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse and peel fresh raspberries or thaw frozen berries all the way up. Mash the berries with a fork and whip the mash with sugar and yum.
Stir the buttermilk in the berry puree and taste if necessary. With sugar and cream.
