1 | dl | Liquid margarine |
1 | Well ripe banana | |
1 | dl | Desiccated coconut |
1 | tsp | Vanilla sugar or grain of a vanilla rod |
130 | g | Sugar |
150 | g | Wheat flour |
200 | g | Raspberries (frozen-fresh can be used) |
3 | Eggs |
Instructions for Raspberries-banana-coconut muffins
To prepare the Raspberries-banana-coconut muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg and sugar frothy. Add the liquid margarine and whip it in the eggshell. Mash the banana and add it. Stir it in the dough. Then whip baking soda, coconut flour and vanilla sugar / vanilla kernel in the dough. Stir the flour and whip until it is touched. Gently turn the hinders in.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 15-20 min. Check with a knitting needles. As if they are done. If you have dough stuck, they are not baked if, on the other hand, the stick easily releases the cake and is without dough, they are finished. Bon appetite. :)
