Instructions for Radiotearte (kikskage)
To prepare the Radiotearte (kikskage) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cover an oblong shape with baking paper.
Melt palmin on low heat until it is almost melted. Remove the casserole from the heat and let the palmit melt.
Whip egg and whipped cream white and airy. Add the cocoa and stir it in the pulp until it is free of lumps.
Pour some of the palmitine into the egg mixture, mix it and pour the rest of the palm in a little at a time. Stir strongly between each time, so the mass does not separate.
Wipe a layer of cream into the mold, put a layer of biscuits over so they are close. Continue to put biscuits and chocolate in layers. Top layer must be chocolate.
Put the chick cake in the fridge until it is stiff. Cover it when it is stiff, but leave it for about 1 day and pull.
Turn the cake out and cut it into nice slices. Serve it cold.
