The rabbit is divided into 6-8 pieces, rubbed in lemon juice, estragon, salt and pepper. Brown the meat in 3 tablespoons. Oil / butter and place it in a frying pan. Bacon chops and finely chopped onions are golden and poured together with the juice from the tomato sauce over the meat (any missing liquid is replaced with broth). Let it spin under cover for approx. 30 min. The peeled tomatoes, peas and corn are added. Spices are spiced. The court faces the heat until everything is tender.
