Instructions for Råsyltet Asier (The Easy)
To prepare the Råsyltet Asier (The Easy) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel 1 kg of ash, cut it over and remove the kernels.
Cut them into strips and the length you want to eat them.
Bring the carved asier to glass immediately.
Onions are peeled and cut into ½cm rings.
Bring vinegar, sugar, salt, onion, boil.
To each glass add:
(I use about 400ml glass.)
ca. 1½ teaspoonful, spoonful of spices, 2-4 single cooked onion rings, slightly spiced Dill tart, and boiled Eddikelage, close the glass immediately.
They can be eaten after approx. 3 weeks.
NOTE: I always put the glass on a floor cloth on the table.
Then it can catch the smoke next door, and then the hot glass will not receive cold from the cold table.
