Ingredients for Pulled Pork

0.5dlOlive oil
1tbspCayenne pepper
2tbspPaprika
2tbspPepper
2tbspSalt
2tbspMustard powder
2000gNeck Fillet. lean
50gBrown sugar

Instructions for Pulled Pork

To prepare the Pulled Pork recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix the ingredients of the rub together.

Clean the greens and tendons of the meat.

Rub the meat well into the rub.

Put the meat in a bag, squeeze the air and put it on my fridge. 6 hours.

Place the meat in a small pan and add water until it is approx. 2 cm up the edge of the meat.

Put it in the bottom of a heated oven (100 degrees hot air) and leave it for 9 hours.

Let it cool slightly before pulling it apart with two forks, until it looks like rough tuna.

Can eg. Enjoyed in a burger with iceberg, coleslaw and andreas.
