Instructions for Prune soup
To prepare the Prune soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sveskerne rinse well in lukewarm water, half of them cast in stone mortar, to the crushed. They set on fire along with the whole prunes in cold water and boil until tender. The press now through a colander.
Citron washed well, dried and torn by the shell on the sugar and place in the soup. The soup is smoothed over with the flour which is udrørt in a little cold water. The soup provided a rehash for approx. 5 minutes and season.
Serve cold with whipped cream.
