Instructions for Prawn soup with tomato paste
To prepare the Prawn soup with tomato paste recipe, please follow these instructions:
The herbs are cleansed, rinsed and cut into small cubes. They are sautéed in the oil until they are tender. Add the prawns and simmer them until they are completely red.
Add the white wine and let it boil a little. Add the fish soup, tomato paste and peppers. Let it boil for 10 minutes, blend it and fit it through a sieve.
Tomato paste:
The potato is peeled and cut into cubes. Boil them tenderly in water. Pour them through a sieve and stir it with egg yolks, tomato sauce, crushed saffron, olive oil, chopped red and green basil and tomato meat, which is free from skin and kernels and chopped with a knife.
Serving:
The bread is scrubbed and shaken and served next to the boiling soup. In a bowl, the tomato paste is served, so you can touch as much of it in its serving soup as you like.
