1500gCook leased small potatoes

3tbspFreshly squeezed lemon juice
75gYogurt
8Spring onions thinly sliced

Instructions for Potato salad with creamy dressing

To prepare the Potato salad with creamy dressing recipe, please follow these instructions:

A ¾ filled saucepan with lightly salted water to the boil. Potatoes cooked in this, ca. 15-20 min. Afdryppes and made in refrigerator 1 hour. Cut into squares of about 2 cm.

In a bowl stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, lemon juice, scallions, celery and herbs. Season with salt and pepper, and then reversed in the potatoes.

Pour the salad in a bowl and garnish with herb sprigs.

A great salad for a summer picnic.
