To prepare the Potato milk recipe, please follow these instructions:
The peeled potatoes cut into cubes and cooked in unsalted water for about 15 minutes at low heat, covered, for the sake of evaporation. After a little cooling oil and salt, and add the liquid blended well and filtered. The potatoes must be mealy. Leave the liquid to be stirred.
Tips:
Is good as drinking milk. As milk on fruit porridge, to ice cream and stuvninger, to cocoa, pudding, pancakes, liver pâté and sausage meat. It has, however, no particular nutritional value. It is best fresh, but can keep up to 2 days in refrigerator.
