15 | g | Butter |
2 | dl | Dark beer |
200 | g | Celery |
Instructions for Pork jaws
To prepare the Pork jaws recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dip the jaws of lumps dry with kitchen rolls. Season with salt and pepper. Let the butter become golden in a pan with good heat. Brown the meat on all sides, 3-4 minutes in total. Brown the meat in suitable portions, take the meat up.
Brown celery, carrot and onions in coarse tern. Add the tomato cut into quarters, the browned chopped beans and the beer. Turn to low heat and boil under lid for 1¼-1½ hours until the meat is tender.
Take the meat up. Boil the liquid until it is approx. 2½ dl left. Say the sauce. Taste it with salt and pepper and evenly. With a melody.
Served with mashed potatoes and cooked vegetables such as Carrots and beans.
