The rice is left to boil.

Onions and apples are switched off in a little oil together with curry. Sprinkle flour and stir. Add broth and boil. Before serving, the grapes are heated in the sauce.

Pork chops are cooked 6-8 minutes on each side.

Serve with rice and carrysauce.
