To prepare the Pommes fondant recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bagekartoflerne peeled and cut into large rectangles, hollowed out on the long side and fried golden in butter on all sides. Shelve in a little fresh butter and poultry broth, salt, pepper and some thyme until they are almost tender, hole fraseres with a little småkød mixed with persillade and covered with a split prune. Bake finished until serving.
