Picking marcipanen in pieces and whisk it soft with one egg. Share the remaining two eggs and beat the egg yolks, sugar and lemon rind together with marcipanen. Whisk the two egg whites stiff and turn them into the dough. Free the yolks for the stones and put them in a greased, heat-proof platter. Divide the batter over the yolks and immediately behind the cake in a hot oven 190 degrees 20-30 minutes. Yolks should be soft. If the marzipan dough becomes dark, before the yolks are baked, then put a piece of foil over the form. Let the cake cool slightly before that sifted icing sugar over as garnish.
