To prepare the Plum-rhubarb salsa recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the red tail very well. Put it in a pan of oil and vinegar. Cook without lid until the vinegar is boiled down to 2 tablespoons. Cut the flowers in both. Cut the rhubarb sticks into 5 cm matched rods. Bring plums and rhubarb to the saucepan and sprinkle sugar. Heat with gentle stirring until the sugar is melted (about 1 minute).
