4tbspOlive oil
400gPeeled canned tomatoes

Let the tomatoes dripping off. Cut them into slices and serve them on the pizza base. Mash them out with a fork. Cut the Mozarella into thin slices and put them on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
